Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. This position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment to meet dynamic operational demands while fostering seamless integration within the existing technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
- Experience with integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to customize applications.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and optimize configurations accordingly.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO Spotfire.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
