As an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing integrations with the Oracle Cloud HCM system, with a primary focus on Global Payroll integrations. You will work extensively with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to build scalable and efficient solutions, while collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Build and enhance Global Payroll integrations using Global Payroll Interface (GPI)
- Develop and manage HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports for payroll and downstream systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize and enhance existing integrations for performance and scalability
- Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure proper documentation of integrations, processes, and configurations
- Independently manage stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and issues
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with Overall 5+ years of relevant experience to Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with Global Payroll Interface (GPI) and payroll integrations
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM data structures and integration patterns
- Experience in building and supporting end-to-end integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to independently manage stakeholders and deliver outcomes
Nice-To-Have:
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, HelpDesk etc.)
- Experience working in global payroll environments
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of integrations
