Join the payroll team as a Senior Payroll Analyst, supporting payroll-related activities and processes using Oracle technologies.
Essential Functions:
- This role requires strong functional knowledge of the Core HR, Absence Management and proficiency in Fast Formulas.
- Configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for core HR functions like workforce structure, employee data management, and organizational hierarchy.
- Focuses on configuring, implementing, and supporting the absence management module within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Understanding Redwood changes and implementation.
- Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring absence plans (such as accruals and leave plans), troubleshooting issues, and supporting integrations with Time & Labor.
- Hand-on experience on Approval Workflow configuration and OTBI Report development.
- Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
- Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design
- Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions
- Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design
- Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope
Education Requirements:
- Required | Bachelor's degree of Science
- Required | Minimum of 4 years’ techno Functional Experience in Oracle Fusion
- Required | Expert in Core HR and Absence module.
- Required | Experience in Data setup, handling and multi geo’s Configuration.
- Experience in Setting up reports/ Analytics in respective Modules
- Experience in Time & Labor module will be added value
