Responsibilities- Implement and configure Oracle HCM ORC to align with client recruitment processes and needs.
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to enhance the recruitment strategy using Oracle solutions.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality.
- Develop testing scenarios, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support go-live activities for ORC implementations.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and training on HCM ORC functionalities.
- Stay updated with Oracle Recruiting Cloud features and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Assist with integrations of ORC with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration within Oracle products.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Oracle HCM certifications, especially focusing on Recruiting Cloud, are preferred.
