Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll for US clients. Responsibilities include payroll tax, earnings, deductions, benefits, garnishments, costing, accounting, security, reporting, data loading, integrations, testing, production support, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training. The role collaborates with HR, Benefits, Finance, technical teams, and Oracle Support.

Key Responsibilities- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll for US clients.
- Configure Payroll, Payroll Definitions, Payroll Relationships, Payroll Statutory Units (PSU), and Legal Employers.
- Configure Payroll Elements, Element Eligibility, Input Values, Balances, Balance Feeds, and Fast Formulas.
- Configure Payroll Calendars, Payroll Periods, Payroll Flow Patterns, and Payroll Processes.
- Configure Earnings, Deductions, Taxes, Benefits, and Garnishments.
- Configure Cost Allocation, Costing of Payroll, and Payroll Accounting.
- Configure Payroll Validation, Payroll Balances, Retro Pay, QuickPay, and Payroll Adjustments.
- Support Payroll Processing, Payroll Reconciliation, Payroll Archive, and Payslip generation.
- Work on US Payroll Tax configurations including Federal, State, Local taxes, FUTA, SUTA, FICA, Medicare, Social Security, and W-2 reporting.
- Configure Payroll Security, Roles, and Data Access.
- Develop Fast Formulas for Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.
- Develop BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and HCM Extracts.
- Load data using HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, and HSDL.
- Work on Payroll Integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OIC, and HCM Extract.
- Perform SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Support.
- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and coordinate with Oracle Support (SRs).
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Configuration Documents, and User Training Materials.
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Technical teams.
