As Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional consultant within Nokia’s Corporate & Business Applications team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. You will be responsible for Business-as-Usual support, enhancements, and projects in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding domains primarily, but could also contribute to Core HR, Security and Access Management, Helpdesk, Compensation, Talent and Performance Management, Reporting areas.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and configuration of recruiting processes in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Configure job requisitions, candidate selection processes, job offers, and career sites
- Manage recruiting lifecycle workflows including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into ORC solutions
- Support integrations with external job boards, background check vendors, and third-party systems
- Analyze recruiting metrics and generate reports/dashboards for HR and leadership
- Configure and manage onboarding journeys for new hires (pre-boarding and onboarding phases)
- Design and implement onboarding checklists, tasks, and notifications
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences and Configure role-based onboarding tasks for employees, managers, and HR teams
- Ensure proper document management, e-signatures, and compliance requirements
- Optimize onboarding processes to improve new hire engagement and reduce time-to-productivity
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and provide ongoing support
- Perform functional setup and configuration in Oracle HCM Cloud for ORC and Onboarding modules
- Manage security roles, data access, and user permissions related to recruiting and onboarding
- Support quarterly Oracle release updates by assessing impact and implementing new features
- Maintain system documentation including configuration workbooks, process flows, and SOPs
- Support and coordinate integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems (e.g., job boards, HRIS, background checks)
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting and onboarding processes
- Assist in data migration, validation, and reporting activities
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Recruiting and Onboarding modules
- Provide guidance and training to HR users and hiring managers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Core HR, Talent Management)
- Handle production support issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements
- Drive process standardization and best practices
- Develop and execute test scenarios, including SIT and UAT
- Support deployment activities and post-go-live stabilization
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Must- have:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with 7+ years of experience, out of which 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, most importantly in ORC/Onboarding
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM design/configure/build
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience in HR operations, especially talent acquisition lifecycle
- Experience in other Oracle HCM cloud modules/areas, e.g. Core HR, Security and Access Management, Helpdesk, Compensation, Talent and Performance Management, Reporting areas.
- Relevant Oracle certifications
- Knowledge of automation tools for code migration, testing automation
- Experience in Gen AI and AI agents
