Job Description

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
Job Overview:

Seeking a skilled Functional Analyst with expertise in Oracle Financial Module (GL,AP,AR,CM ,PO and Procurement.

Candidate must have done at least two full lifecycle EBS Upgrade projects from R12.1..x to R12.2.14 and at least 5 years of support or implementation experience in Oracle EBS Financial Modules.

individuals will be responsible for Performing impact analysis on as-is application standard functionality and a functional impact assessment on CEMLI's due to application upgrade from R12.1.x to R12.2.x


Responsibilities:

· Provide ongoing application functional impact assessment for upgrade project from R12.1.x to R12.2.14

· Work closely with business stakeholders to conclude on the impacted business Processes.

· Worked in Agile Scrum mode for the complex projects using sprint-based models.

· Worked with a team of Business Analysts and Developers for collaborated approach.

· Assist and contribute with design workshops and functional process workshops with technical team

· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that impact is properly assesses with the objective to suggest the mitigations or alternative solutions.

Collaborate with testing team for all bug fixes

Collaborate with Dev team for any possible functional component redesign/ Re-solutioning required post upgrade.

Proficient in creation of design docs.
