The Operations Specialist will manage customer support, order logistics, Amazon store updates, and royalty reporting to ensure efficient operations.
Greek Gear is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to keep day-to-day business functions running smoothly across customer service, order fulfillment, Amazon storefront management, and royalty reporting. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting customers in a fast-paced, remote environment.
You’ll be the operational backbone helping us deliver high-quality custom Greek merchandise to customers across the U.S. Whether it’s updating an Amazon listing, resolving a shipping issue, or generating royalty reports for licensed organizations, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything on track.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Order & Logistics Coordination: Monitor incoming orders, coordinate with production and shipping teams, and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Amazon Store Management: Assist in updating listings, managing inventory, tracking orders, and ensuring a high-performance seller rating.
- Royalty Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate royalty reports for school fundraising campaigns and licensed merchandise.
- Data Management: Keep order data, customer details, and reporting dashboards up to date and accurate.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance workflow and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or e-commerce
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a strong plus
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with order management systems preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting
- Experience with reporting or royalty tracking is a bonus
