What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and Implement KOL Growth Strategies:

    • Analyze KOL data, competitor trends, and KOL behavior to identify growth opportunities.

    • Develop and implement affiliate user lifecycle strategies.

  • Customize KOL Retention Services:

    • Lead efforts to retain new KOLs and high-value (whale) KOLs through targeted campaigns and personalized support..

    • Optimize post-boarding processes to enhance KOL experience and drive loyalty.

    • Develop affiliate user growth campaigns to drive first-time transactions, transaction volume, revenue and AUM KPIs for KOLs.

    • Collaborate with the shilling community to execute campaigns in partnership with KOLs.

  • Partnerships and Alliances:

    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to facilitate business growth and enhance KOL market penetration.

    • Negotiate and collaborate with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Data Analysis and Performance Optimization:

    • Leverage data-driven insights to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and refine KOL strategies.

    • Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to enhance conversion rates and KOL engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with various departments like global marketing, product, legal & compliance, and customer service to align growth initiatives with Northeast Asia business objectives.

    • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to achieve cohesive growth strategies.

 

What We Look For In You

  • At least 6 years of experience in a client-focused role within Northeast Asia

  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to drive decision-making.

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving and organizational coordination skills.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

  • Fluency in both the local language and English, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
