Continuously drive efficiencies culture, automation, continuous improvements, and excellence in service delivery- Drive various operational reviews, Monthly Business Reviews/Governance across Business Units- Performance analysis and benchmarking across domains, units and related industries driving best practices- Managing ML, AI and automation for data analytics, to an existing service and driving actions through the delivery flows.- Adhere diligently to group, legal, financial directives, and data security and privacy- Work closely with senior stakeholders on high-impact initiatives/guidelines
The skills you bring:- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher - B.Tech/M.Tech and MBA (Preferred)- 5+ years of professional experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Automation, AI & Analytics across Telecom, IT and related domains- Skills: Strong storytelling, analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Tools- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills.- Data Analytics, Financial Acumen & AI/ML Concepts.
