We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NOC Operations, experience in Fault Management, Configuration Management and Problem Management for Enterprise Networks (Private Wireless LTE. This role requires a blend of expertise in Multi-Domain Network Elements.
- Resolution & providing technical support for the incidents reported/request for RAN nodes (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user.
- Resolution & providing technical support for the incidents reported/request for IP Nodes like 7750 & 7250 Routers (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user.
- Manages technical escalations for technical requests, emergency cases and outages internally and towards customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders like GDC, Care, Field & Customer to resolve the issues.
- Participate in CAB/CR meetings. Preparing & Validating the MoPs and executing the CRs with 100% FTR.
- Analysis of Performance Degraded KPIs and their resolutions.
- Analyzing the RCAs, preparation of final Incident Report an,the requestsrequests,d Submission.
- Knowledge Transfer & Mentoring the team.
- Integration of Nodes.
- Software Update of the Nodes.
- Automate the daily Preventive & Repetitive Tasks.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in L2 for IP & RAN.
- Strong understanding of IP V4 & IP V6.
- Excellent Troubleshooting & Configuration experience on Nokia 7750 & 7250 routers.
- Excellent Troubleshooting & Configuration experience on Nokia Air scale radio products.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Process Framework.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
It would be nice if you also have:
- Certification in CCNA/CCNP.
- L3 Certifications in RAN.
- Certification in ITIL V4.
- Experience with cloud platforms
