The Modern Workplace Engineer will design, implement, and maintain workplace solutions, manage devices, provide support, and optimize processes using various Microsoft technologies.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Modern Workplace Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a positive can-do mentality, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Your responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain modern workplace solutions using the Microsoft Windows ecosystem.
- Administer Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including Intune/Autopilot, to manage devices and enforce security policies.
- Utilize Windows PowerShell for automation and process optimization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the modern workplace.
- Manage and support various aspects of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Stay current with new releases, features, and best practices in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a seamless and integrated technology experience for end-users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, including Windows PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Exchange, Azure, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive can-do mentality and professional, respectful work ethic.
- Initiative to continuously improve processes and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Proficient in English, with strong skills in written and verbal communication.
