Mobile Marketing Manager

The Mobile Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis of mobile marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets. This role combines deep technical expertise in mobile marketing platforms with strategic insights to scale mobile lifecycle programs, optimize app store performance, and enhance cross-channel engagement worldwide.
About the Team
The Online Marketing and Retention team owns the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Zoom’s self-serve and ecommerce motions. We partner closely with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Ecommerce, and Finance to drive scalable growth across activation, expansion, retention, and resubscription - grounded in product signals, experimentation, and strong measurement. We drive mobile engagement and retention for millions of users worldwide. Our team combines technical expertise with creative strategy to optimize every touchpoint.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrate 10+ years of mobile marketing experience with a focus on campaign management, execution, and global strategy
- Have expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
- Be able to utilize mobile marketing platforms and mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) for campaign tracking and optimization
- Know how to leverage CRM tools (Braze, Airship, Leanplum) to enhance user engagement and retention
- Have the ability to analyze campaign data using advanced reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets skills to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Understand how to navigate mobile privacy frameworks (ATT, GDPR, SKAdNetwork) to ensure compliant campaign execution
- Be able to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, data-driven environments with meticulous attention to detail
- Have experience in launching new mobile channels and scaling programs across multiple regions and languages
