What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or industrial engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Proven experience as a project or program manager with tangible results
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities with a capacity to navigate through ambiguity
- Creative thinking and willing to challenge the status quo
- Possess a high level of integrity, autonomy and ability to function independently
- Strong intellectual curiosity and capacity for accelerated skill acquisition
- Proficiency in making English presentations
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Proficiency in Data Analytics (Excel, PowerBI) Reporting and Communication
- Basic understanding of SQL
