Location: 100% remote

Salary: $30,000–$50,000 USD annually, depending on ability and experience

Experience required: Either proven mobile growth experience or exceptional early-career potential. All candidates must understand Apple Search Ads and have practical experience owning ASO across the App Store and Google Play.

Education: No degree required; a relevant degree is preferred.

We hire based on intelligence, motivation, creativity, analytical thinking, work ethic, reliability, and the ability to produce measurable results.

This is a hands-on role with direct ownership of mobile app growth. You will be expected to turn ideas into measurable results and keep moving without waiting for detailed instructions.

This is a performance- and revenue-focused role. Your job is not to generate vanity metrics or low-quality traffic. Your primary goal is to acquire real users who engage with the app and convert from the free experience or initial 3–7-day trial into paying premium subscribers. You will improve the full growth funnel—from discovery and install through onboarding, trial activation, paid conversion, retention, revenue, and profit.

About Everis

Everis is an AI-native software group founded by Rob Rawson and Liam Martin, the entrepreneurs behind Time Doctor. Together, they built Time Doctor into an eight-figure global SaaS business serving hundreds of thousands of active users through a fully distributed international team. Liam also co-founded Running Remote, a leading global conference and community for remote-work operators and founders.

Drawing on that operating experience, Everis acquires profitable software businesses and mobile apps, improves them meaningfully, and operates them for the long term. Backed by experienced technology founders, we combine ambitious talent, disciplined execution, and modern AI tools to build products with lasting commercial impact.

Why this is an excellent job for someone who wants to build a career in mobile app growth
  • Help build a category-defining product for a large audience that existing fitness apps do not serve well.

  • See the direct commercial impact of your work on paying subscribers, recurring revenue, and profit.

  • Build broad experience across acquisition, conversion, monetization, and app-store growth instead of being limited to one narrow marketing function.

  • Grow toward Growth Lead, Head of Growth, or broader app leadership responsibilities if you perform well.

What You’ll Do
  • Own paid user acquisition. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels to acquire qualified users profitably.

  • Own ASO end to end. Manage keyword research, metadata, store creative, competitor analysis, testing, rankings, and conversion across the Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • Improve trial-to-paid conversion. Find and fix drop-off points across the store listing, onboarding, paywall, free trial, and lifecycle journey to turn more users into premium subscribers.

  • Lead creative testing. Develop and test ad concepts, hooks, copy, briefs, landing pages, and promotional content, then scale the ideas that perform.

  • Manage growth by the numbers. Track acquisition cost, installs, trial starts, trial-to-paid conversion, return on ad spend, retention, lifetime value, subscription revenue, and profit to guide budget decisions.

  • Find new growth opportunities. Research app users, competitors, search behavior, customer feedback, creators, and communities, then turn insights into measurable experiments.

  • Work across teams and partners. Collaborate with founders, product, design, engineering, creative, data, platforms, creators, and agencies to execute growth initiatives.

What You’ll Bring
  • One of two strong profiles: You have meaningful experience growing a mobile app or consumer subscription product and have done this successfully before, or you are an exceptional early-career marketer who learns unusually fast, exercises strong judgment, and figures things out without waiting for detailed instructions.

  • High agency: You notice problems and opportunities, take initiative, move work forward independently, and remain accountable for the outcome.

  • Evidence of your ability to achieve results. This could be scaling acquisition, lowering customer acquisition cost, improving conversion, increasing subscription revenue, building a successful channel, or completing an impressive self-directed project.

  • Experience managing Apple Search Ads and at least one other major paid platform, such as Meta, TikTok, or Google.

  • Experience owning ASO end to end across the Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • A working understanding of subscription funnels and the relationship between acquisition cost, trial conversion, retention, lifetime value, revenue, and profit.

  • Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to turn performance data into budget, creative, and funnel decisions.

  • Strong creative instincts, written communication, and copywriting ability.

  • The organization, attention to detail, independence, and collaboration skills needed to take an idea from research through execution and reporting.

  • Familiarity with AI tools, or strong motivation to use them effectively for research, creative development, analysis, and workflow improvement.

  • Professional fluency in English.

What We Offer
  • Work from anywhere. This is a fully remote role. Do your best work from the environment where you are most productive.

  • No fixed 9-to-5 schedule. Choose the hours that work best for you while staying available for essential collaboration and delivering work on time.

  • Unlimited leave. Take the time off you need as long as your responsibilities are covered, your work remains on track, and you communicate clearly with the team.

  • Competitive compensation. Earn $30,000–$50,000 USD annually, depending on your ability, experience, and expected impact.

  • Direct access to founders. Work closely with successful technology founders and experienced operators, learn how they evaluate opportunities, and contribute directly to important decisions.

  • Real ownership. You will have the freedom to test ideas, make decisions, improve processes, and shape how the app grows.

  • Growth based on contribution. Advancement is based on the value you create—not your age, degree, location, or years spent in a traditional role.

  • Modern tools and high standards. Use current marketing, analytics, and AI tools to work faster, think better, and build repeatable growth systems.

  • Talented, entrepreneurial teammates. Work with people who move quickly, care about results, and want to build an exceptional company.

What’s the downside?
  • The first 30 days will be demanding. You will need to understand the audience and funnel quickly and begin running disciplined tests.

  • You will be accountable for measurable commercial outcomes, not just activity or campaign launches.

  • If you need extensive structure, frequent reminders, or slow-moving processes, this will be a bad fit.

  • Many growth tests fail. You must learn from them without losing momentum.

  • You will need to balance speed and creativity with careful measurement and responsible health-and-fitness marketing.
