Through its print magazine, digital portal, newsletter, social media and industry-led content, ENERGDIVE connects businesses, policymakers, industry leaders and professionals across the energy sector.
We are looking for a Media Sales Executive to drive advertising, brand visibility and business development opportunities for ENERGDIVE. The role will involve identifying prospective clients, building relationships with brands and organisations, understanding their communication objectives and offering relevant media and brand solutions.
The candidate will work closely with the internal editorial and business teams to develop and convert opportunities across the energy and infrastructure ecosystem.
- 1–3 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in media, publishing, digital platforms, events or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify prospective clients, generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Ability to communicate with marketing heads, business leaders, corporate communications teams and senior decision-makers.
- Good understanding of advertising, brand promotion and digital media concepts.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, meetings and follow-ups.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable media and promotional opportunities.
- Target-oriented, proactive and capable of working independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a professional approach to client management.
- Knowledge of the energy, renewables, power, oil & gas or infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.
