MDM Engineer

Job Title: MDM Ops Analyst

Job Description:

The MDM Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing master data across various systems and processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity, developing and implementing data management strategies, and supporting business initiatives through effective data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement master data management processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify data quality issues and drive improvements.
  • Manage data integration and ensure consistency across multiple systems.
  • Develop data governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics.
  • Provide support and training to users on data management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data management or data governance roles.
  • Strong understanding of MDM tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
