What you can expect

We are seeking a RevOps Systems Administrator to play a critical role in managing key marketing technologies that capture demand and accelerate the sales cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting our marketing technology stack. You will be a key member of our go-to-market RevOps team by supporting our marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth

About the Team

Our RevOps team drives revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales technologies. We work collaboratively across marketing, sales, and IT teams to optimize our marketing technology stack and accelerate the sales cycle. As a remote-first team, we value both technical expertise and communication skills. Fostering an environment where problem-solving and continuous improvement are key to our success.

What we’re looking for

• Have a Bachelor's in a technology or computer science related subject.

• Demonstrate experience in marketing operations.

• Have experience managing and administering marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua).

• Have familiarity with other marketing technology tools such as CRMs, data enrichment platforms, and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Demandbase, Outreach, ZoomInfo).

• Demonstrate experience with API integrations.

• Demonstrate familiarity with integration and middleware technologies, like SOAP, REST, JSON, or XML.

• Have familiarity with data mapping and transformation.

• Possess experience with ETL tools such as Mulesoft and Bhoomi, along with proficiency in working with databases.

• Be proactive and resourceful while demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
