Own end-to-end processes across hiring, training, turnaround times, pricing, quality control, producer engagement and more
Expand our hiring engine to ensure we always have the capacity we need to meet our (growing!) demand
Improve our quality control and monitoring systems to ensure the dubs, audiobooks, and other content we deliver sound natural and professional-grade
Build your own data pipelines and dashboards to inform decision making at scale
Find new efficiency levers through process (e.g. new onboarding flow), automation (e.g. Python scripts) or collaboration with Engineering (e.g. new dispatch or pricing function)
