Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing databases, ensuring high data quality and accessibility for the team.

  • Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and outcomes, and optimize the ROI on marketing campaigns.

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools and processes to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales ops, and IT departments to facilitate seamless integration and alignment of systems and data.

  • Generate and deliver regular reports on marketing campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights.

  • Support the marketing team in the segmentation of the market to target specific consumer groups effectively.

  • Assist in budget tracking and financial management of marketing expenditures.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in marketing operations and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, or similar.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, and others.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across multiple departments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced certification in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or related platforms.

  • Knowledge and experience in managing large datasets.

  • Experience in managing budgets and marketing finances.
