  • Ensure all marketing data is accurately tracked, stored, and updated across our marketing automation platform and CRM (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot and Salesforce preferred).

  • Monitor and maintain database completeness and cleanliness with strong database governance practises e.g. ensuring duplicate records are merged, inaccurate data is corrected and incomplete data is enriched.

  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) around our first party data.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor the volume, quality, and conversion of marketing leads to optimize our generation and nurturing strategies.

  • Support the development of audiences for effective paid media strategies.

  • Train and support team members on CRM best practices and system usage.

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the marketing department to ensure efficient workflow and project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing operations and CRM management.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and tools, with experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) highly desirable.

  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, experience with Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar platforms desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
