The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Content Specialist to join our India team. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Content Specialist to fuel our demand engine with strong email marketing, customer stories, and thought leadership content. You’ll write and build multi-step email campaigns, turn Subject Matter Expert interviews and research into blogs, ebooks, newsletters, and campaign-ready derivatives, while owning case study creation.
What You Will Be Doing
Email Marketing
- Write and build multi-step email campaigns aligned to priority offerings and funnel stages.
- Maintain email campaigns to ensure content is fresh and current.
- Create simple visuals using templates (Canva, Figma, or similar) and coordinate with agency for higher-design needs.
- Partner with Marketing Operations on targeting, segmentation and lead routing.
Thought leadership content
- Write and produce written assets (blogs, ebooks) through Subject Matter Expert interviews and research, aligned to quarterly priorities.
- Repurpose core content into campaign-ready derivatives (email modules, short posts, one-pagers, webinar follow-ups).
Case studies & customer storytelling
- Own case study production end-to-end: intake, interview coordination, drafting, approvals, and packaging for campaigns.
- Create reusable customer story “kits” (short summary, outcomes, quotes, proof points, snippets for social and decks).
- Maintain a pipeline of referenceable customers and amplify stories across campaigns, website, sales decks, and social.
Newsletters
- Draft and build the customer newsletter and partner newsletter with editorial direction.
Content library & governance
- Maintain a clean, searchable content library with naming conventions, version control, and “approved for use” status.
- Track what content exists, what’s needed next, and what can be reused/updated to reduce one-off creation.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech/services with a strong content and email foundation (knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset).
- Excellent writing and editing skills that are clear, concise, and able to adapt to brand voice.
- Experience building emails and managing content production workflows (draft → review → approval → publish).
- Demonstrated ability to create customer stories and to collate inputs across Sales, Delivery, and leadership.
- A working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar), Salesforce basics, and collaboration tools (Teams, shared docs).
- Organized and dependable. Can manage multiple deliverables and keep stakeholders updated.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be able to gather information for content creation via Teams and email.
- Experience using design tools (Figma, Canva, Photoshop or equivalent).
Education
- A four-year undergraduate degree
