We seek a dynamic Marketing Analytics Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team in New Delhi, India. You will thrive in this cross-channel, customer-centric marketing role if you can combine the creativity of an artist with analytical and data modeling skills. You are a thinker and a doer. You understand customer behaviors, expectations and interactions. You are a great collaborator and value data-driven marketing.
We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Associate to design, develop, and maintain robust business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI and data analytics, with a strong ability to showcase data for reporting and visualization. An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and experience in handling large datasets for data retrieval and transformation are essential.
What you'll do:

• Ability to translate data from metrics to rich stories about the customer experience
• Design and work with internal teams to develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business users
• Optimize Power BI performance for large datasets and complex data relationships
• Optimize ZS reports and formatting to ensure teams can easily consume information including standard report formats, provide high quality data and review data normalization
• Collaborate with analytics team on ZS's reporting processes, including working with the entire Demand Center team to uncover opportunities to optimize conversion points across the marketing and sales funne
• Identify issues with ZS's database integrity and reporting capabilities through improved processes and data quality
• Assist with understanding which lead nurture efforts are most effective to improve business development efforts
• Act as a subject matter expert for Power BI and advise internal stakeholders on its use
• Assist with AI-enablement across the team

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics
• Experience working with cross-cultural global teams
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Lookr, etc.
• Familiarity with data science and/or Python, Google/Adobe Analytics is a plus
• Strong proficiency with data analysis and presentation skills
• Have a foundational understanding of AI concepts and experience with tools
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to take direction and provide strategic insight
• Team player; detail-oriented, and cross-functional collaborator
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization and ability to work independently
• Resourceful and creative
