As a Manager of Supply Chain Projects, you will lead SCM projects, develop project plans, identify risks, and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
As a Manager - Supply Chain Projects, you will lead and manage SCM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives, will develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. You will also execute key supply chain projects with a focus on efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.

Key Responsibility Areas
- You analyze existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and procurement.
- You implement lean and agile methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- You drive automation and digital transformation initiatives in supply chain operations.
- You leverage ERP and other SCM software tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
- You monitor and report key supply chain metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- You prepare T&W MOR and coordinate with GBS Finance for inputs and Regional FPA.
- You collaborate with all key stakeholders within SCM and cross-functional teams.
- You prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for SCM.
- You analyze slow-moving, obsolete, aging, and held inventory, and provide inventory lists to demand planning and business teams for depletion planning.
- You manage daily, weekly, and monthly provisions, and generate MIS reports for cost and dispatches.
Experience
- You bring more than 10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations at a mid-level role within mid- to large-scale organizations of repute.
Education
- You hold a Bachelor’s or higher-level degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
