Job Summary:
The Revenue Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle process, ensuring efficient billing, collections, coding compliance, and revenue optimization. This role focuses on maximizing cash flow, minimizing denials, and ensuring regulatory compliance within healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full revenue cycle: patient registration, charge entry, submission management, payment posting, and denial management
- Monitor AR (Accounts Receivable) and drive reduction in outstanding balances
- Ensure proper documentation and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Lead, mentor, and manage RCM teams (charge entry, submission management, payment posting, and denial management)
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the team
- Conduct training and performance evaluations
- Track and report key metrics (CCR, Days in AR, 90+ days, Denial Rate, etc.)
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Use data to drive operational improvements
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with providers and external vendors
- Act as a liaison between operations and leadership
- Support strategic initiatives and system implementations
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Candidates with 8+ years of experience in RCM space
- 2 years in a managerial role
- Willingness to work in US shifts
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong expertise in US healthcare billing, denial management, payer policies, and managing distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Team management skills
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Hands-on experience with Greenway Intergy and/or Prime Suite EHR/PM platforms will be an added advantage
