Responsibilities

• Oversight of all the ongoing Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations in scope of the PAM Operations team.
• Managing priorities of the PAM Operations and PAM Engineering teams.
• Management, monitoring, and tracking of the PAM Engineering tasks to improve service
• Monitoring of the performance, reliability, and availability of the PAM platforms tand ensure the operational documentation is maintained and updated.
• Timely remediation of ServiceNow tickets, requests, and escalations.
• Review of operational dashboards and statistics to communicate the potential improvements of the PAM area.
• Facilitation of the troubleshooting and the remediation of the incidents and the user requests which cannot be addressed by PAM Ops on their own.
• Facilitation of the design / architectural discussion of new and non-standard use cases.
• Orchestration of the efforts required to address any audit requests in scope of PAM as well as collecting and providing the required evidence for Takeda teams beyond IAM.
• Ad-hoc assignments to the projects and tasks requested by IAM Leadership.
• Leading the implementation of the PAM process improvements reducing inefficiencies and mitigating Takeda's risks.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 2+ years of work experience in Privileged Access Management systems: Understanding of PAM principals, methodology, and solutions including access control
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra
• Working knowledge of security, audit and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, determine requirements, and participate in multiple large-scale projects.
• Excellent time management, organizational, communication skills.
• Fluency in O365 Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
• 1+ years of experience with IT governance tools (HashiCorp, Entra, etc.).
