Autodesk Learning Partners prepare students, educators, businesses, and consumers alike to explore profoundly different ways to design, make, and use things. Learning Partners enable and nurture existing and new members of the workforce to thrive in a future that will require people to make and build more, do it better, and with less negative impact on the world. The Autodesk Learning Partner Success Manager will develop and oversee a group of Autodesk Learning Partners who provide strategic learning and training services to customers within Autodesk’s Learning Community. In this role, you will manage all aspects of Autodesk’s Learning Partner Programs including: new partner recruitment, monitor partner adherence to program requirements, manage day to-day partner requests, assist with partner support during the authorization and legal agreement process, provide partner training and enablement, connect partners with engagement opportunities, oversee Autodesk’s Learning Partner business model transformation, as well as monitoring partner success and overall program effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Learning Partner Account Management

▪ Subject matter expert for Autodesk Learning Partner Programs including complete understanding of program benefits and requirements of the Authorized Training Center Program (ATC®), the Autodesk Authorized Academic Partner Program (AAP), and the Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) Program

▪ Establish and maintain on-going Learning Partner relationships (principals, stakeholders, and Affiliated Instructors)

▪ Connect and coordinate Learning Partners with regional education engagement opportunities

▪ Assist Learning Partners in the development of annual business plans to support Autodesk’s goals, ensure partner’s successful delivery of learning and training services in support of customer adoption of Autodesk solutions

▪ Monitor program effectiveness, track against Autodesk goals, suggest enhancements as needed

▪ Provide day-to-day account management and support for Learning Partners

▪ Ensure Learning Partner details are maintained online in Autodesk Partner database and in all legal and / or marketing communications

▪ Provide partner enablement training to Learning Partner staff

▪ Provide training for Autodesk systems to Learning Partner staff

▪ Deliver on-going Subscription enablement sessions to Learning Partners

▪ Plan and develop Learning Partner calendar of events

▪ Enhance program visibility and drive program awareness within the territory

▪ Grow the Learning Partner program through identifying, engaging, assessing and signing new partners

▪ Identify and assess instructor technical competencies; determine instructor’s pedagogical skill set and ability to deliver high-quality training

▪ Forecast new partner pipeline on a monthly basis; determine need for additional Learning Partners in the Territory

▪ Maintain partner capacity models and grow partner and instructor participation in the Programs based on demand General Responsibilities

▪ Develop adequate expertise to support the Subscription license fulfillment model for Learning Partner Programs

▪ Support Learning Partners with respect to Autodesk Software Subscriptions, subscription contract renewals, license access, and maintenance issues

▪ Provide Learning Partner Access and use of Autodesk Systems as necessary to provide Services

▪ Manage timely program notifications and annual Subscription Fee notifications to Learning Partners

▪ Promote utilization of Autodesk Systems to support Learning Partner success

▪ Provide marketing support for Learning Partners ▪ Develop adequate Autodesk Product and Program subject matter expertise to support Learning Partners

▪ Manage partner referrals to Autodesk customer leads ▪ Provide operational and technical support for Learning Partner use of Tech Data or Autodesk Systems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

▪ Minimum 3+ years in customer or education success or partner management ▪ Effective at working cross-functionally to support Autodesk and partner initiatives and priorities

▪ Above average professional, organized, communication and problem solving-skills

▪ Ability to manage and deliver against goals of a small-scale project

▪ Negotiation and relationship management experience at an executive level

▪ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; mastery of the English language

▪ Proactive, self- directed, and results-oriented

▪ Able to work independently and remotely, with a focus on partner success

▪ 5+ years of industry experience preferred

▪ Must be willing and able to travel 2–3 times annually to partner or Autodesk events
