Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including client onboarding, team management and successful completion of assignments.
  • Analysis of financials and other corporate documents, understand the requirements, making right strategy of structuring including merger, demerger, sale/hive-off etc.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and plans for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the valuation tean and legal team at various stages of the transaction,
  • Ensure internal process and SOP and also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support post-merger integration efforts, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved and value is maximized.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cleints for future business.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting M&A activities.

  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian regulatory environment related to M&A and corporate transactions.
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
