About the Role
JustAnswer’s Engineering team is hiring a Global IT Manager to lead and improve IT support, security, and operations. You’ll oversee global IT services, including device support, vendor and asset management, and process improvement, with a focus on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency. This role directly impacts employee productivity and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Global IT team within JustAnswer’s Engineering group.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance IT support and operations.
- Manage IT services like Microsoft 365 and security tools.
- Oversee IT communications, procurement, and asset tracking.
- Handle billing, vendor payments, and system setups.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and SOPs.
- Provide IT support for global offices (Ukraine, US, India).
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and career paths for IT staff.
- Streamline onboarding/offboarding with HR.
- Improve IT infrastructure and adopt AI solutions.
- Stay updated on trends to implement advanced IT practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years managing global helpdesk teams.
- Passion for team growth and learning.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft networks and Office 365.
- Experience with remote support and Apple devices.
- Strong communication and security knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Good to Have
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence Cloud.
- Familiarity with public and private cloud services.
- Proficiency in tools like Sophos, NinjaOne, AutoElevate, ConnectWise, and Addigy.
- Skilled in leveraging AI to enhance IT services and security.
