JOB SCOPE
Work Description:
Accountable for all deliveries at a market level
Deliver projects with a span of 4 – 10 team members and ensure adherence to timeline, quality, cost etc.
Manage people, careers, attrition and Employee engagement
Manage and own stakeholder relationships and act as first point of escalation for projects
Drive operational efficiencies through quality, technology, automation and standardization initiatives
Leverage best practices followed across the market.
Risk Analysis and mitigation – Understanding of high impact risks, develop mitigation plans and governance
Training needs assessment for team
Work on analysis and group insights for projects.
Role Overview:
The individual is responsible for managing colleagues and resources in pursuit of achieving specific functional or organizational goals. He/She should be involved with his/her team members providing support, offering encouragement and delivering positive and constructive feedback.
Operations Manager is the first level people manager within the operations. Typically managing a team of 4-10 colleagues (may vary depending on the overall team size) and reporting to the Manager II. The individual develops and implements strategy to achieve the defined business objectives/targets and provides guidance in determining service level agreements, determining control standards and identifying issue escalation matrix.
Project Management – Manage projects end to end with focus on Quality of Delivery and Process Efficiency. Track and control project timelines, resource allocation, identify and mitigate risks, and accountable for communication management
Lead kick-off meetings for large/ complex assignments/Global projects to ensure common and comprehensive understanding of client/stakeholder requirements
Define and implement SLAs along with on-shore stakeholders.
Identify and lead process enhancement initiatives
Acts as the first point of contact for colleagues, on company programs and policies
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
Strong product and domain expertise

Prefer advanced knowledge of analysis tools like R and Python
