Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge critical communication gaps between technical teams and stakeholders
- Bring his technical expertise to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
- Be the bridge between onsite and offshore to document requirements and pass on to development team
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
Experience:
- 12-14 years of IT experience with strong technical skills and business-level Japanese proficiency
- Proven success delivering enterprise projects for Japanese clients with cross-cultural collaboration
- Expert in Object-Oriented Programming (Java/C#/Python) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Full-cycle SDLC experience from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance
- Experience in App Modernization
Technical Skills
- Any Object-Oriented Programming Language(Java/C#/Python)
- Development and deployment experience in any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Development experience in RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle)
Good to have
- Experience working with AI tools such as GitHub Co-pilot, MCP
