Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and resilient Manager, with a strong background in revenue and product forecasting, financial modeling, and business reviews. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive financial insights and help shape strategy. You’ll own the end-to-end forecasting process, build financial models, automate reporting, and hold teams accountable to financial plans and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and product forecasting, and develop financial models to translate strategies into actionable KPIs.
- Automate reporting and financial forecasting processes. Use SQL to manage and analyze data.
- Partner with senior leaders to influence financial strategy and communicate performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2+ direct reports, providing guidance and support.
Experience:
- 10+ years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or FP&A roles, with a focus on product and revenue modeling.
- 2+ years managing a team, with proven success in coaching and scaling.
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate business strategies into financial metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau. Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.
- Prior experience in gaming industry is a plus.
