Overview
We
are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for
Enterprise Sales to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in driving
our enterprise sales strategy, cultivating new business opportunities, and
achieving growth targets within our target market segments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new enterprise-level
clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and
referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, understanding
their business needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop
customized solutions that address client's unique challenges and
objectives, effectively positioning our products and services to meet
their requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to
penetrate target markets, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead
generation to deal with closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely
follow-up on opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions,
leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to secure
profitable deals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor
activities, and market developments, providing insights and
recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to
ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular
sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Provide
guidance and support to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative
and high-performance culture.
Requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and
closing skills.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain
relationships with C-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with the
ability to analyze and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficient in CRM software
and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's and Masters degree in the relevant field.
