Manager/Sr Manager – Corporate Strategy

The role will be responsible for devising the strategy for achieving long term goals for PHI

  • Strategic Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement corporate strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
    • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and initiatives.
    • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning.
    • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support growth objectives.
  • Project Execution and Management
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives.
    • Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations to the executive team.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
    • Achieve partnership sales plan and branch/point of sale/web portal activation and expansion targets.
    • Oversee partnership performance and renewals from time to time.

You could be the right candidate if you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.

  • Can Work closely with partners, tech, experience, and product teams to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Can Develop and execute incentive programs for partner staff and Financial Service Consultants (FSCs).
  • Can Maintain good working relationships with existing partners and accelerate growth of existing partnerships.
  • Can Build a high-quality team of FSCs supporting our partners in their locations and assist in the sales process.
