Job Summary:
The Manager - Campaigns will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of campaigns, including day-to-day operations, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and inter-departmental collaboration to ensure successful campaign execution and achievement of objectives. The role requires extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and deliver large-scale global campaigns for India.
- Collaborate with communication, finance, and resource mobilization teams to ensure effective campaign planning and management.
- Establish strategic partnerships with corporates, HNIs, governments, educational institutions, NGOs, Foundations, UN agencies, etc.
- Stay updated on key policy issues and interventions (child protection, education, and health) to identify opportunities for campaign-policy advocacy coordination.
2. Campaign Management:
- Manage and evaluate campaigns and associated events to ensure continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and evaluate options with service providers and associates.
- Manage campaign budget and provide required financial reports.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, particularly regarding child and youth engagement, social media, etc.
3. Results Monitoring and Knowledge Management:
- Collaborate with the communications team to strategize and raise awareness about campaigns.
- Ensure timely execution of events and adherence to promotional schedules.
- Analyze stakeholder feedback to inform future campaign design.
- Ensure accurate and approved campaign content and information.
- Facilitate effective information sharing among internal and external stakeholders.
4. Leadership:
- Hold team members accountable for meeting their responsibilities.
- Recruit, lead, and develop the team, setting performance objectives and conducting performance reviews with HR.

6. Education and Experience:
1. Education: Master's degree in Social Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5 years of professional experience in campaign program and partnership management.
3. Language Skills: Excellent drafting skills in English and Hindi (or other Indian languages).
4. Desirable Experience: National and international organization experience, creative agency experience, and experience working with schools and universities.
