Identify opportunities for improvements that would address key business issues. Implement and provide ongoing key performance metrics/analytics to leadership. Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex technical capabilities and analytical concepts using laymen's terms while articulating their value. Organize and maintain training and support for associates. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships in key functions across the region. Elevate the level of employee engagement, improving job satisfaction and managing retention Any additional ad-hoc assignments as directed to meet business need
