Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, updates, and service verification.
- Accurately record client interactions and update records in Tally and internal databases.
- Assist in resolving client queries related to billing, payments, and account details.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client communications.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations team to ensure timely data synchronization.
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and data privacy standards
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with Tally (preferably Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
- Preference given to candidates residing in or near Darya Ganj, Delhi.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid operations.
