We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen our client engagement and service delivery in the Darya Ganj, Delhi area. This role is vital in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving retention through proactive communication and personalized support. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted point of contact, representing our brand with professionalism and empathy while contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for improved engagement and satisfaction.
- Document and track client interactions, feedback, and service requests in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Contribute to customer retention strategies and participate in service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Local candidate from Darya Ganj, Delhi, preferred.
