About the role

What you’ll do


To assist the legal team in managing relevant tasks related to legal research, drafting and compliance.

To conduct research on specific legal aspects and prepare comprehensive documents based on the findings.

Drafting, reviewing and redlining of NDAs and other agreements as per the business requirement.

Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as may be necessary.


What We're Looking For

  • 3rd-5th year BA LLB, BBA LLB or 2nd-3rd year LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Experience with corporate and commercial transactions for technology companies, whether in-house or at a law firm, is preferred but not required
  • A good understanding of AI, technology, intellectual property and corporate laws.
  • Duration of internship - 1 month 
  • Working Model - 5 days (Hybrid)
