Key offerings of Hunch:

Following are some of the requisites:

Must Haves:

• Currently in the 5th year (five year course) or 3rd year (three year course)
• Interest in technology, privacy, and data protection laws.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bias towards action and getting things done
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset
• Ability to review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts
  

Good to haves:

• Prior internship experience in a Tier 1/Tier 2 law firm is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated interest in/worked in technology law
• Exposure to regulatory compliances
  

Expected Key Deliverables:

• Conduct in-depth research on complex legal issues relating to data privacy, digital and tech laws, ad regulations, and financial laws.
• Assist in designing and implementing compliance frameworks to adapt to evolving regulations across different jurisdictions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on key legal trends in content regulation and contribute to building and maintaining a trust and safety center.
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts, maintain a comprehensive repository of all organizational contracts, and enhance legal research efficiency.
• Keeping a track of all ongoing regulatory compliances & tracking market trends, tech innovation, and adoption on a regular basis
• Research and drafting for legal and other matters, maintain workflows and trackers to improve team processes
• Enhancing legal research efficiency and the review of legal documentation
• Bringing innovative ideas to the table to solve business problems
