Introduction:
Looking for a Lead Workday functional consultant join our HRIT Solution Delivery Team. This role will primarily lead all M&A Initiatives. Would support global users and define, develop, and maintain Global HR system. Act as the single point of contact to the business for the M&A Implementation & Support, they facilitate interaction and coordination between various workstreams.
Your Job:
· The individual is expected to have extensive hands-on in multiple Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence &Compensation)
· Workday Certification in the above modules is added advantage.
· Relevant experience of 10+ years in Workday system Experience.
· Advance knowledge of HR process and experience of working with global team
· Build and manage relationships with HR stakeholders /Leaders across the globe to influence and advise best use of Workday out-of-the-box tools and features.
· Identify system gaps for Global as well as regional process.
· Experience of working M&A Project.
Identify the new Workday enhancements, functionalities, Conduct Impact Assessment
· Provide Technical and Functional Leadership. Collaborate with Cross functional teams to successfully deliver projects.
Other Responsibilities:
· Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
· Ability to juggle multiple M&A projects and initiatives simultaneously.
· Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develop plans to minimize the same.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, presenting to senior stakeholders.
· Experience in Project delivery & Agile practices.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones
Required Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's Degree
● Years of Experience: 10+ Years of Workday Experience
