Lead Technical Product Manager, ITC

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Lead Product Manager, you will own product strategy and roadmaps for Cloud Integration team within Finance, Procurement & Technology. This role is driven by executing strategic priorities and ensuring a product vision is carried out through actions and measurable product discipline. 

As a Lead Product Manager, you will focus on driving excellence in product and platform strategy and execution. You will work in close collaboration with various teams within Global Technology (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Product Management, Program Management) and key Functional Teams across the business (e.g., Finance, Tax, Procurement, Order To Cash, Treasury, Royalties, General Accounting etc). The role will require experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology.

Skillset Required 

We're looking for someone with at least 6+ years of experience in product management and clearly demonstrated these skills: 

• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training. 
• Experience of working on technology solutions supporting procurement processes (Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoice receipts, Three-way Match, Payments, and Remittance). 
• Nice to have experience of working on one or more solutions such as SAP Finance and Procurement solutions, Procurement Solutions (COUPA, Fieldglass), and Integration Technologies (AWS Microservices, FUSION, NiFi). 
• Strong product management expertise. 
• Lead the execution of an end-to-end product/platform vision and multi-year roadmap in partnership with Engineering teams and the Finance business. 
• Partner with all stakeholders to understand Business needs, outcomes and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs. 
• Ensure roadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functional areas within Domains along with technical enablement work as part of platform strategy. 
• Collaborating with other Product managers and leaders to address dependencies across teams 
• Experience of working in Agile Team following Scrum and experience of working on JIRA and managing day to day product manager activities (Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Planning, and Review), communications and contributing to senior management reports and business presentations. 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment for global and country-specific solutions. 
• Strong Analytical, problem solving, and Data Visualization Skills. 
• Preferred to have Finance business function knowledge 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Validated ability to adapt to new technologies and tools, changing needs, processes, and ambiguity. 
• Preferred to have AI/ML experience 

What YOU’LL WORK ON 

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for cloud-based integration capabilities supporting Finance domain 
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements definition, through design, delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement — in close partnership with Architecture, Engineering, and Program Management 
• Shape the integration platform strategy leveraging technologies such as AWS microservices, and Apache NiFi, ensuring the platform is scalable, resilient, observable, and cost-efficient 
• Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, Royalties, and General Accounting to understand pain points, capture business capabilities, and translate them into prioritized product outcomes. 
• Manage the product backlog and delivery cadence in an Agile/Scrum environment — leading Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives — using JIRA to drive transparency and velocity. 
• Orchestrate cross-domain dependencies by collaborating with other Product Managers and Domain Leads to sequence roadmaps, unblock integration points, and ensure end-to-end business processes deliver seamlessly. 
• Balance run-the-business with change-the-business work, ensuring the roadmap accounts for both new capability delivery and foundational platform investments  
• Define and track success metrics — including adoption, throughput, transaction accuracy, cycle time, cost-to-serve, and platform SLAs — and use data to inform prioritization and continuous iteration. 
• Communicate effectively across all levels, delivering clear updates to squads 
• Champion product management best practices — PRDs, roadmaps, OKRs, discovery techniques, and stakeholder engagement models — and mentor peers to elevate the craft across the team. 
• Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud integration, ERP modernization, iPaaS, event-driven architectures, and finance, procurement transformation, bringing outside-in perspective to shape the future of the platform.
