Lead QA Engineer (Automation testing + Azure )

Data Platforms is an exciting collective of teams spanning product and engineering teams. LSEG Data Platforms provides a range of tools and solutions for handling, accessing, and distributing financial data. They offer various platforms, including the LSEG Data Platform, LSEG DataScope Select, and LSEG DataScope Warehouse. These platforms enable users to access both LSEG's own data and third-party data, with options for real-time, delayed, and historical data delivery.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and complete manual and automation test scripts using industry standard frameworks.
Perform functional, regression and performance tests
Write and maintain automated test suites
Work in conjunction with technology to do black box testing on new releases of projects
Documents test design, test plans, and test results
Skills
Relevant experience – 5 to 8 years.
Proficiency in using tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail
Proficiency in Test frameworks - BDD cucumber
Strong experince in REST API testing and automation through REST Assured library.
Experience in writing automation scripts in Java (first preference), maven , Python
Experience in testing applications hosted in AWS, Azure and automating via SDK.
Preferred knowledge on AI - Auto copilot in performing testing activities.
For Research, the core skills are
Java, MS SQL Server and/or Oracle.
AWS/Azure experience is a must.
React JS and experience working on GUI.
