Job Summary
- Lead and oversee daily presales execution, ensuring consistent, high-quality outbound engagement across assigned teams.
- Manage, coach, and support Presales Associates to ensure adherence to outreach standards, messaging quality, and data accuracy.
- Partner closely with Client Partners to align presales activity with account strategy, engagement history, and business priorities.
- Establish and enforce best practices for CRM usage, tagging, documentation, and communication tracking.
- Monitor data integrity across sales tools to support reporting, analytics, and future automation initiatives.
- Identify recurring outreach patterns and translate them into documented, repeatable processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Tech Enablement, and Product teams to surface automation opportunities and workflow enhancements.
- Review and submit successful personalization and engagement patterns for automation consideration.
- Provide ongoing feedback, insights, and recommendations to leadership regarding presales performance and process maturity.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of B2B sales workflows, preferably within staffing or professional services environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring sales, presales, or operations-focused teams.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Ability to evaluate and guide high-context, one-to-one sales messaging aligned to brand voice and personalization triggers.
- Proven ability to document processes, define standards, and translate manual workflows into scalable operating models.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process consistency.
- Experience working with sales enablement, revenue operations, or marketing operations teams.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content generation, data enrichment, or workflow automation.
