Responsibilities- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of high-performance .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
- Define and enforce software engineering standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for the team.
- Oversee system scalability, security, and performance planning across multiple projects.
- Mentor, guide, and upskill developers through code reviews, technical workshops, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive integration with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP for scalable hosting and advanced services.
- Partner with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and infrastructure automation.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactively identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluate adoption strategies, and champion technological innovation within the team.
- Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET Core (minimum 8 years).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
- Experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions leveraging front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience with both SQL Server, Entity Framework, and NOSQL databases.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and technical mentoring abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven passion for clean code, software craftsmanship, and technical excellence.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, influence architectural direction, and drive project success independently.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
