We are seeking a Full stack Tech Lead to drive end-to-end technical solutions, lead engineering teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies (Java/J2EE, Node.js, Python, or .NET) combined with frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of Full stack applications.
- Architect scalable solutions using modern frameworks and cloud services.
- Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
Required Skills
- Backend Expertise: Java/J2EE, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
- Frontend Skills: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Databases: SQL (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in software development.
- Prior experience in a Tech Lead / Team Lead role.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in solution architecture and system design.
- Exposure to distributed systems and high-availability applications.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
