Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to help them develop their Agile skills and knowledge.
Change Management: Help teams navigate organizational change and ensure that Agile principles and practices are aligned with business objectives.
Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track metrics to measure team performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
Community Building: Foster a community of Agile practitioners across the organization, promoting collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and best practices.Agile Adoption and Improvement: Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices, and help them to adopt and improve their Agile processes.
Team Facilitation: Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
