Within FIT, you will be part of the User Experience team,, which ensures the stability, availability and high performance of the IT infrastructure that serves Nokia’s entire workforce and upholds the technology for almost every single interaction of the company’s business. 

This includes the continuous advancement of our Digital Workplace and IT support to a global community of end-users. Our aim is to keep our end-users satisfied every day and provide the tools and processes that create a great user experience and allow maximum productivity. 

What you will learn and contribute to 

A Lead Data Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise data architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑quality data platforms that enable analytics, AI, and business decision‑making. The role bridges business strategy and technology, providing architectural leadership, standards, and direction across data domains. 

He/she will be responsible to define and maintain a tooling and process framework across Nokia and provider teams in order to maximize the degree of automation of IT service tasks such as service provisioning, incident resolution, request processing, and data gathering.

Responsibilities
  • Design architectures and ensure synergy and standardization of solutions with a target technical roadmap and strategy 
  • Manage databases - Azure data factory , MS SQL, Azure synapse analytics and Power BI
  • Design the robust integration architecture using already existing tools and standard integration platforms 
  • Technically drive work of the team from planning, through design and implementation, to transition to operations 
  • Participate in technology research, provide technical input and expertise for technology /partner selection, proof of concepts (PoC) and assessment of PoC outcomes 
  • Define automation solutions for all IT support processes 
  • Define, data models, processes, and interfaces for various support use cases 
  • Standardize and improve end user experience for all end user interactions 
  • Drive implementation and testing of integrations between different architecture building blocks 
  • Collaborate with other technical, architecture and security teams as well as our partners to ensure architectural alignment and compliance with Nokia policies and guidelines 
Qualifications
  • Master in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from recognized university 
  • 8 + years of relevant professional experience 
  • Experiences in international IT Delivery organizations 
  • Experience with Service Now,  
  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks 
  • A broad technical understanding: incl. Data Bases, LDAP, Office365, Azure and Google Cloud Platform, Interfaces, relevant program languages 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies 
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools  
  • Experience with desktop automation is a plus (NexThink, Systrack)
