Role: Lead Business Analyst (SAP QM)

Job Summary: The SAP QM senior consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring and optimizing the Quality management module in S/4HANA to support business processes related to Quality planning, inspection and control. This role involves participation in both large and small-scale SAP implementations, system alignments, and the ongoing support of existing solutions. The consultant will lead the delivery of end-to-end solutions from proof of concept through full project implementation while also providing training and guidance to business users. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong analytical skills, capable of independently resolving issues and driving effective business solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and understand business Quality management requirements.

2. Configure and customize the SAP QM module in S/4HANA to meet business needs.

3. Lead and execute end-to-end SAP QM implementations in S/4HANA.

4. Integrate QM with other SAP modules for seamless process flow.

5. Conduct system testing, user training, UAT and post go-live support.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QM processes.

7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver best practice solutions on the aerospace industry.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in SAP QM, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.

2. Must have hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization of QM processes.

3. Strong understanding of Quality management principles and business process analysis.

4. Experience with data migration in SAP S/4HANA.

5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and effective communication skills.

Preferred skills:

1. Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in engineering or a related field.

2. SAP S/4HANA certification in Quality management.

3. Experience with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.

4. Knowledge of integration with MM, PP, SD, IM/EWM, PM and FICO modules.

5. Good to have knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Fiori Apps and embedded analytics

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
