Role Objective
We are currently seeking a “Lead Associate” to work in Analytics & BI Development processes. This is a hands-on technical and Individual Contributor role. This position requires that the candidate be a skilled on SQL (Must), Advance Excel, Power BI and support on Analytics applications. The candidate needs to have strong technical knowledge and be very structured and analytical in his/her approach.
Essential Technical Duties and Responsibilities
- 3+ years- experience where primary responsibility involves writing complex SQL queries, building views and Store procedures.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL views and stored procedures.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Optimize database performance by tuning SQL queries and indexing.
- Collaborate with software developers and data analysts to integrate SQL views and stored procedures with applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex to simple and easier terms for business leaders and users of data.
- Good to have knowledge and skills for Cloud Computing such as Microsoft Azure, Snowflake
- In-depth understanding of database management systems and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
- Should know how to develop Transition Tool Kit, Documentations, SOP, Artifacts
- Should know all data driven technologies and have hands-on in End-to-End Analytics which include Story-telling, Descriptive, Diagnostics, Predictive and Prescriptive Analysis.
- Drive the development and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dash boarding, and business intelligence program.
Qualifications
- Graduate (BE-BTEC Computer science /BCA/MCA/MSc Computers) or have an equivalent academic qualification
- Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)
Skill Set
- 3 + years’ experience on Relational Database and BI developer using SQL server(Must), Advance Excel(Desired) and Power BI (Good To have)
- Extensive experience on Design and develop relational database models/schemas and Query performance tuning and write ad-hoc T-SQL queries.
- Experience with advanced query design, stored procedures, views and functions.
- Experience with SQL Server & Data Warehouse Concepts.
- Working knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business resources at many levels in a manner that supports progress and success.
